No game account

Zip Cat has no signup or server account. There is no account-deletion request to submit for the offline game.

Delete local progress

Open Android Settings → Apps → Zip Cat → Storage → Clear data (or Clear storage). This permanently removes progress, hints, streaks and preferences on that device. Uninstalling also removes local app data.

Android backups

If Android backup is enabled, a system backup may remain and may restore app data after reinstall. Manage backups through your device or Google backup settings. The available deletion controls vary by device. We cannot view or delete your Google backup.

Delete support correspondence

If you emailed support, contact classhai.ofc@gmail.com from the same address and ask us to delete your correspondence. We will process the request, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
